Please be sure to clean out the take home folder nightly and return all
homework in the homelinks folder.

Please read for 15 minutes every evening with your child.

            Social Studies- natural resources/landforms
        
The spelling words for this week are:

The vocabulary words for this week are:
1. lengthy- a hole dug in the ground by a small animal
2. ranger's-something belonging to a person who patrols a forest or park
3. warning- something that makes one aware of danger
4. distant- far away in space or time
5. beyond- farther along in space or time

The homework schedule is as follows:

Monday - Category sort and write spelling words in agenda using two
colors..one for vowels and one for consonants

Tuesday - Buddy sort
             Read AR 15 minutes

Wednesday -Writing Sort-return paper in home links to school on Thursday

                   Study for spelling and vocabulary tests on Friday

Progress book is now working.  You may get on-line to check your child's
progress and note any missing work.  If you need a username and password
for your child, call Jean at 832-5066.

please send a postcard to us.  The children love to get mail and we will
